Phil Indermark

 

Philip "Phil" Ernest Indermark, 75, son of Ernest and Gwen (Collins) Indermark, passed away on February 19, 2011 at the de Greeff Hospice House, St. Louis, MO.  Phil was born May 11, 1935 in St. Louis, where he remained a life-long resident. He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister-in-law Ann Indermark. Survivors are his two brothers, Jerry (Joan) Indermark, Portage, WI and Ken Indermark, LaGrange, IL, a niece Joanne (Scott) Alt, Portage, WI and a nephew Jim (Kristi) Indermark, Parrish, FL, and very special cousins Phyllis and Bryan Zuerner, Sarasota, FL.
Phil retired from Missouri Pacific-Union Pacific Railroad, was a fan of the St. Louis Cardinals and greatly interested in railroading, and historic St. Louis landmarks, including Forest Park and its reconstruction.  The family wishes to thank Ben Cooperman (friend), St. Louis, for his friendship and kindness shown to Phil by transporting him to doctors’ appointments and visiting Phil while he was hospitalized.

    Just recently read where Phil had passed away. Although we had been apart for many years, I was sad to hear of his passing. My sincerest and deepest sympathies to his remaining family.
