Billy was the son of Catherine (Gavin) Fischer and Joseph H. Fischer, dear brother of Catherine (Steve) Radosh, Donna (Robert) McCallum, father of William Adam Fischer Jr. and Travis Fischer, Uncle of Matt Radosh, Anna (Radosh) Monrotus, Dan Monrotus, Vincent Gianino and Andrew Gianino, Great Uncle to Christian (Shorty) Monrotus and Lucas Monrotus; and he was a nephew and cousin.
