Colbert, William Edward Sr. , passed away on January 16, 2008. He is survived by his loving children Laura (Robert) Arnett and William (Amber) E. Colbert Jr., his sister Judy (Larry) Moehlmann, and his adoring grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents Bradford and Lucille Colbert.
