Allene (Fisher) Carney, 77, passed away peacefully at home on December 17, 2018. Allene was born in St. Petersburg, Florida on July 1, 1941.

Allene married Donald Carney in 1957 and they were married for 28 years. Together they had three children.

She is predeceased by her parents, Allen & Juanita Fisher, as well as her son, Barry Carney.

Allene is survived by two daughters, Suzanne Tarnoff and Maryanne Christy and her husband Doug Christy. She is also survived by five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; Marcey Williams, Marilyn Perry (Ryan), Dustin Christy (Tarah), Blake Tarnoff, Grace Tarnoff, Kenzie Ford and Bella Perry.

A loving mother & grandmother, Allene was also a huge animal lover, often volunteering at the Tampa Bay SPCA. The family wishes to thank all of those who cared for Allene and offer their greatest and warmest gratitude.

Private services will be held at a later date. Burial will be at Royal Palm South Cemetery in St. Petersburg.
