Anna Catherine Riess “Cathy” passed peacefully on August 27, 2021, to be with her Lord, Jesus Christ, at 57 years old. Cathy was a St. Louis native born on May 20, 1964, to Patricia and Frank Alagna.
Cathy is preceded in death by her mother, Patricia Alagna, her father, Frank Alagna, and her sister Kimberly Graf and is survived by her loving husband of 30 years, Terry Riess.
Cathy will be lovingly remembered by her daughter Jamie Radake, her granddaughter, Kylie Ulrich, her Aunt Carollyn Can, Aunt Margaret Parra, and many more of her cousins and Morris family members.
Cathy was a proud veteran of the United States Army; We will host a memorial service at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, where Cathy will rest. The memorial service will be held on Monday, September 13, 2021, at 12:30 pm.

Cathy was a good friend of mine. We worked together at Cigna/Great West. Helped her with going to Anthem College. She will be missed. Prayers for the family in this time of sorrow.
