The loss of this fine young man is a travesty to so many people who loved him. His family that raised him, his family that he built and raised, his relatives, his friends, the organizations that he belonged to, and any other people that were fortunate to have Bart in their lives. You will never be forgotten. You were a remarkable person in this world, who anyone could use as an example of how to become a role model, to show how someone could/should be, in being a responsible, kind, and genuine person. Rest in peace my friend. Till we meet again.

We are continuously praying for Bart and his wonderful parents, wife, sons, sister, other family members & so many friends that love this
‘SMALL FAMILY”. What a wonderful example of courage, faith & strength they all have. I know we can do all things through CHRIST who strengthens us and pray that each of you will be blessed with peace and comfort. Bart will always be a legendary icon in so many hearts and mind with the kindness and goodness he was taught. He put up a valiant fight during his recovery from his tragic accident in 2014 and Covid19 that claimed his life way too soon. A heart of gold stopped beating, two shining eyes at rest, God broke our hearts to prove, He only takes the BEST. Bart will not be forgotten.
