Bernice H. Bell

Bernice was an elementary school teacher, and one of the first school guidance counselors in St. Louis. She was a member of the Delta Sigma Sorority and was also a regional director.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, October 19th, 2013 at 11:00 am at Christ Church Cathedral Episcopal Church, 1210 Locust Street, St. Louis, MO 63103.
