Bree Rosanne (DeNardo) Magneson

Bree R. Magneson, 40, of Vernon, IL passed away @7:30 AM Sunday November 13, 2022 at her home.

Bree was born on November 30, 1981 in San Diego, CA. She moved to Vernon, IL 12 years ago where she made a permanent home after falling in love with the rural farming family oriented community of Fayette/Marion County.

Bree graduated from Greenville University. After college she found her dream job working as the junior high resource teacher at Patoka Community School. She loved kids and teaching and all of her family.

Bree raised American Poodles and currently had 2 black poodles as her constant companions and canine friends, Jett and Tuxx.

She is survived by her significant other Christopher Beck of Vandalia, IL,  her aunt Kristen Magneson of San Diego, CA, uncle Ron of California, best friend Mary Wessley of Indiana, adoptive family Tammy (Beck) Finley and family of Vandalia, her two American Poodle fur babies Jett and Tuxx.

She was preceded in death by her parents, beloved step-dad Roland, husband, and grand-dad.

Your life was a blessing, your memory a treasure.

You are loved beyond words and missed beyond measure.

Forever in our hearts beautiful Breezy Bree. Rest in peace.

Miss Bree loved children and teaching. Her students love and miss her. She was a very special teacher. Her students wrote letters to heaven for their teacher Miss Bree.

Memorial service and celebration of life will be Saturday November, 26, at 1:00 PM. Visitation from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM prior to the service at Crown Point Church on Carlyle Road, Vandalia, IL. Pastor Pete Leduc officiating.

Burial will be held at a later date at Fairlawn Cemetery, Vandalia. Memorial may be sent to Crown Point Church for burial expenses.

    Our hearts go out to the family and loved one’s of Bree. We pray peace , love and God’s strength over you all. She was a blessing to all she came in contact with.
