Carl was a great person to be around. Always in a cheerful mood, rarely did you see him frown. He enjoyed time spent with his family. He had the biggest heart and kind words he was a loving husband, dad, father-in-law and grandfather. He He too was a great friend to all he knew. Carl’s name, legacy of kindness, brotherhood, and positivity will be carried on. He may no longer be with us in physical form, but in our hearts, he will never be gone.

Our deepest sympathy to the Schutz Family, even though we only had the pleasure of meeting Carl a few times (through his daughter Liz) he made such an impact on us. His smile, humor, and love for his family shine through him and we were left with knowing how much he loved his family. Carl was a blessed man and will be deeply missed. To his family we will continue to pray for you but know Heaven gained an angel on May 30.

Sending my sympathy and prayers to the Schutz family on the loss of Carl. I had the opportunity to spend time with Carl at the bus stop for a number of years. He was a kind and thoughtful man. Loved his family.

Clarissa—I just learned of Carl’s passing. We went to grade school together at St. Anthony’s in Dutchtown. We remained buddies even after the first couple of years of high school even though he went to St. Mary’s and I went to Roosevelt. Many good times and lasting memories of Carl. I regret not being able to offer my condolences when he passed. Rest in peace my friend.
