Carlene R. Nardi
Carlene R. Nardi (Snyder) died peacefully in her sleep at her home surrounded by family on September 15, 2019 in Ballwin, MO. She was 79 years old.
Mrs. Nardi was born April 23, 1940 in Williamsport, PA. to her parents Carl and Ina Snyder (Beach). She was a graduate of Montoursville High School.
During her lifetime, Carlene raised 5 children and donated her time and love of children to Catholic Charities of St. Louis by fostering 27 children.
Mrs. Nardi is survived by her loving husband of 58 years, Mr. James L. Nardi of Ballwin, MO., her brother Carl H. Snyder of Laporte, PA., her sons Christopher (Dawn) High Point, NC., Douglas (Betsy) Aurora, IL., Michael (Patti) St Charles, MO., Andrew (Mary) Kirkwood, MO., a daughter Elizabeth Nardi Charleston, SC., 9 grandchildren: Kevin (Sarah), Kaitlyn (Shane), Alexandra, Emily, Matthew, Chad, Abigail, Nicholas, and Hannah as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, Carl and Ina Snyder of Williamsport, PA. and her sister Loretta Sue Wilkinson (Rohrbaugh) of Doylestown, PA.
A private family memorial service will be held in Charleston, South Carolina. In lieu of flowers please donate to St. Jude’s Children Hospital or the American Kidney Foundation.

As a mother to one of your many foster children (Kristy), words cannot describe the depth of my love and respect for her and your beautiful family. I know that Carlene has been made whole again and that she is resting in the loving arms of her Lord and Savior. I look forward to the day that we will all see her again.
