Carol L. Iffrig
Carol L. Iffrig of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Thurs, Sept 4, 2025 at the age of 87. Devoted wife of 66 years to Kenneth (Ken) Iffrig, and mother of Christine (John) Gotway, Ken (Jennifer) Iffrig and Kerry (Sue) Iffrig; loving grandmother of Emily (Michelle) Bettdur, Meagan (Adam) Rhodes, Ryan (Daley) Iffrig, Chelsea (Christopher) Jimenez, Lucas Iffrig, Mitch (Elma) Reed, Jacob (Kununya) Reed and great-grandmother of Reeve, Beckham, Christian, Collins, Sawyer, Jonah, Mila, Levi, Crew, Cannon, Phillip, and Braxton.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Christine and Jacob Fetsch, as well as her siblings; Isabelle Hanke, Alice Hoelting, Ruth Schneider-Conoyer, Ralph Fetsch, Bill Fetsch, Lucille Kasper, Floyd Fetsch, Jane Hibbler, Jean Grillo and Jerry Fetsch. She was the last of 11 siblings.
Carol loved being a mother and homemaker but her greatest treasures were her grandchildren and great-children.
She requested her body be donated to science at St. Louis University. Her Memorial Mass will be Friday, October 17, 2025 at St. Peter Catholic Church in St. Charles, MO at 10:00am.
Prior to the Mass, the family would like you to please join them in praying of the Rosary starting at 9:30am.
There will be fellowship immediately following the Mass in the St. Peter Parish Hall.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests Mass intentions in Carol’s name.

Chris, so sorry about Aunt Carol. Wanted to reach out to you earlier but didn’t. Praying for Uncle Ken and all of you. I loved her sense of humor and all of her stories about the Fetsch’s. May she find peace and comfort now.
