Carolyn Jean Greenhill, 80, of St. Louis, Missouri, passed away peacefully on April 6, 2025, surrounded by loved ones. Born on December 20, 1944, in St. Louis, Carolyn lived a life filled with family, laughter, and creativity.

She was preceded in death by her beloved son, Jack S. Wantuck Jr. (Rusty), and is survived by her loving children Paula J. Taylor (Terry) and Jimmie R. Wantuck (Carla). Carolyn was a proud grandmother to Jene Coble, Desire Coble, and Danielle Taylor, and a cherished great-grandmother to Zander Ray Coble, Brandi Taylor, Bailey Taylor, Chance Heisler, and Aaliyah Taylor.

She is also survived by her loving sister Linda Vinyard, sister-in-law Jenny Greenhill, and a host of nieces, nephews, and dear friends who will miss her deeply.

Carolyn worked as a dedicated machine operator, but her passions extended far beyond her career. She had a love for dancing, crocheting, and flower arranging—especially for weddings and special events. Her creativity and joyful spirit were often on full display during family barbecues and outdoor gatherings, where she loved entertaining and spending time with those closest to her.

Carolyn will be remembered for her strength, her warmth, and her unwavering love for her family. Her legacy lives on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.

    I’m so sorry that my aunt Carol passed away 😢 her and I spent a lot of time together and I really miss her 💔 😢
