Charles (Chuck) Fredrick Floto Jr.

We deeply mourn the loss of our beloved military veteran and dedicated Military Police (MP), who passed away on July 11, 2024. Charles (Chuck) Fredrick Floto Jr. served with unwavering commitment and honor in the US Army  for 8 years. Born on November 04, 1956, Chuck grew up with a strong sense of duty and a desire to protect and serve his country from his late father Charles Floto Sr. a US Air Force veteran and war veteran himself. His passion for justice led him to join the military, where he embarked on a remarkable career as a Military Police officer. During his service, Chuck displayed exceptional leadership and dedication, earning the respect and admiration of his fellow servicemen and women. Throughout his career,  Chuck served in various assignments, ensuring the safety and security of military installations and personnel. His  commitment to maintaining law and order, protecting the innocent, and defending the principles of justice was unwavering. His selfless contributions to the military community will be remembered and cherished forever. Beyond his military service, Chuck was a dog lover to the fullest. Chuck loved to hunt for treasure he would always say one man’s trash is another man’s treasure. Chuck loved to be near the ocean.

Chuck was a loving spouse to his loving wife and life partner of 35 years Rita Floto.  Parent to Danny (Jen) Jones-Wilson and Angela Reed. Grandpa to Russel, Jeremy, Baily, Raidan and River. Brother to Robert Floto and a dear friend to many.

Chuck was preceded in death by his parents Charles Floto Sr. and Wilma Dean (Robinson) Floto and brother Billie Floto.

He will be deeply missed by his family and friends.  May Chuck’s soul rest in eternal peace, and may his legacy inspire future generations to serve their country with the same dedication and courage.
