Charles E. Perkins, aged 74, of St. Louis, Missouri, passed away on December 31st, 2015, only one day short of his 75th birthday.

Charles was the beloved husband of Rose M. Perkins; dear father of Charles D. Perkins, the late Brady M. Perkins and Christopher J Perkins; father-in-law of Belinda K. Perkins; loving grandfather of Brady M. Perkins, Jr., Stephanie Marie Perkins and Haley Marie Perkins; proud great-grandfather, uncle, brother-in-law and friend.

Per his wishes as a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corp., he will be interred in a private ceremony with full military honors at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
