Charles V Cogburn Jr., 86, passed away June 28th, 2024.  Beloved husband for 66 years to Laurajean (Poppy) Cogburn.  Dear father to Charles V Cogburn III, dear brother, brother-in-law, uncle, cousin and friend to many.  He retired from defense mapping agency in 1997 & was an Air Force veteran.  He was cremated.
