He was born March 6th, 1949, in Bloomfield, MO. Mr. Phelps resided in Affton, MO. He was employed as a truck driver, who has since retired. Mr. Phelps was a proud member of The First Baptist Church of Arnold, in Arnold, MO.

He is survived by two Daughters, Casey N. (Phelps) Wuebbels (Husband Phillip), Kimberly (Datillo) Langdon (Husband Richard). Two Stepchildren, Joyce (Feller) Colombo (Husband Mike) and Stephen Feller. Seven Grandchildren, Caitlynn and Austin Wuebbels, Castle, Trinity and Gavin Langdon, Madison and Caroline Colombo. One Sister, two Brothers, a Niece, a very treasured girlfriend (Thelma) and many other family and friends. He is preceded in death by his wife Patricia (Feller) Phelps and his Mother, Carol (Cole) Stewart.

Mr. Phelps chose cremation.
