Constance (Connie) Ann Jines, 63, of Festus, Missouri, passed away on August 22nd, 2024.

She was born May 22nd, 1961 in Festus, Missouri to James and Iwilda Combs. She graduated from Herculaneum High School and attended Jefferson College.

Connie was preceded in death by her father, James Combs, and her mother, Iwilda Combs. She is survived by siblings Linnie Thatch, Randy Combs, Kelly Erxleben and Vickie Muelhausser, her children Quinn (Josh) Jines, Amber Jines, Mandy Jines and Jessica Miller, and 7 grandchildren.

Celebration of life will be held on September 29th, at St. Joseph Park in Park Hills, Missouri.
