Cornelia Farber

Peacefully and surrounded by her family, Cornelia “Lia” Farber passed away on November 20, 2021 at the age of 77.

She is survived by her husband of 53 years,Peter;
Mom to: Saskia, Annette(Patrick), Martina(Ed) and step-daughter Darlene;
Oma to Jarod, Jalen, Owen, Jillian, Jaxson and Eli;
Sister to Hans(Leny), Joes(Hans) and Petrie
And will be missed deeply by her family, relatives and friends in Europe and the USA

She was predeceased by her parents Cornelia and Jacob and niece Jacqueline.

Lia wishes to spend her eternity around the seas, so her ashes will be spread in the ocean during a private family ceremony.

At a later date, A Celebration of Life ceremony will be held for family and friends.

In memory of Lia, the family welcomes donations made to  St. Louis Area Food bank, Missouri Botanical Gardens or a charity of choice .

    My thoughts and prayers are with all of you. Loved seeing the photos – such a lovely tribute. Lia was a bright light with a gentle spirit. She holds a place in the hearts of all she touched.

    Lia was a wonderful next door neighbor. She helped me numerous times with my mother over the years. I always enjoyed talking to her when I was there. She was a loving & thoughtful person & will be truly missed.
