Cynthia Lynn (Smallwood) Cook passed away January 10, 2013.

She was born September 21, 1961 to Beverly and the late Bobby Smallwood.

She is survived by her husband, Randall Cook, brother Scott Smallwood, mother, Beverly Smallwood, three step-children and four grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held Friday January 17th, 7 pm at Kutis Funeral Home, 5255 Lemay Ferry Road, St. Louis, MO 63129.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Humane Society would be appreciated.
