Daniel Gerard Thieman, of St. Louis, Missouri, Resurrected in Christ, Saturday, December 11, 2021 at the age of 62 after a long illness. Loving father of Katharine Marie Thieman, Elizabeth Renee Thieman, and Joseph Daniel Thieman; Dear son of Clara Joan Thieman (Schuler) and the late, John Anthony Thieman, Sr.; Beloved brother of John Thieman, Jr., Julie Dennison, Jill Wiesler (Kevin), and Margaret Jackson (Richard). Cherished uncle to Claire (Micah), Christine (Jeff), Stephen, Jacob, Sam, Georgia, Marc, and Isabella and great uncle to Emily, Eric, Alex, and Abigail. Daniel was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by many.
Services
The family is being served by St. Louis Crematorium. Visitation will be held Thursday, December 16, 2021 from 9:30 AM – 11:00 AM at St. Ferdinand Catholic Church in their gathering space, 1765 Charbonier Road Florissant, MO 63031. Funeral Mass will immediately follow. The family invites you to celebrate Dan’s life following services at Felix’s Pizza Pub, 6401 Clayton Avenue, St. Louis, MO, 63139 from 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM.

Dear friend and brother – While time and space had separated us the memories of raising our families in Holy Family Parish, South St. Louis City, will always be near and dear. Sports, Coaching, Church activities, School functions, or just family fun-time you were always there in a big way. And your cherished lemon-pepper wing recipe I still use today. You were one-in-a-million Danny boy, sometimes larger than life. Your time on this earth was way too short. Your smile will be sorely missed. Our heartfelt, sincere condolences to your family and children. R.I.P.
