We are sad to announce Darrell F. Otte of Pacific, MO, age 82, passed away from complications on February 16, 2023, at St. Clare Hospital, Fenton MO.

Darrell is survived by his daughter Vickie Graeler of Maryland Heights, MO ; his daughter, Sheila Marshall, of St. Louis, MO; and his son, Darrell M. Otte (Melisa), of Osage Beach, MO: and sister, Mary Clare Erkmann (James) of Houston, TX. Nephews, Matthew, Michael & niece Libby (Erkmann) Harris.  Grandchildren, Dallas Bacon (Julie), Coty Bacon (Deana), Colby Graeler (Samantha), Branden Otte, Hanna Otte (Eric). Great Grandchildren, Cali Graeler, Kiefer Graeler, Easton Otte, Theo Otte and Leo Major.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Fred W. and Marie J. Otte, his wife Joan Otte, his son, Kevin Otte and companion, Marilyn Wibbenmeyer.

He graduated from Valle Catholic High School, Ste. Genevieve, MO in 1958. Afterwards he went to Ranken Trade School and accepted a position as an auto body repairman at Coronet Dodge, where he worked for several years before moving on to other dealerships in the same capacity.

He also, had his side “hobby” at his property, and was a master craftsman at collecting, repairing & restoring countless vehicles.

A Celebration of Life will be held on March 19, 2023 at Pacific Eagles Social Room, Pacific, MO, 12:00 – 4:00pm.
