
David Barcz
August 31st, 1977 – February 3rd, 2025
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of David Barcz, a devoted father, son, brother, friend, and colleague on February 3, 2025. David’s warmth, humor, and generosity of spirit touched everyone he met, and his absence will be deeply felt by all who knew him.
David was known for his quick wit, his infectious laughter, and his unwavering kindness. He approached life with an open heart, always ready to lend a helping hand or a listening ear. As a father, David was a constant source of love and guidance, offering support, wisdom, and encouragement to his daughters.
Throughout his life, David made lasting impacts on the people and communities he was part of. He was the kind of person who not only spoke with kindness but lived it every day. His legacy will live on through the countless lives he touched and the memories he created.
David is survived by his daughters Evelyn and Avery Barcz, his former wife and dear friend, Allison Barcz, father James Barcz, brothers Scott (Andrea) and Tim (Sarah) Barcz, and his nieces and nephew; Kaitlyn, Alyssa, Lincoln, Cora, Rylee, Ainsley, and Ada Barcz, who will forever carry his love and memory in their hearts. He was preceded in death by his mother Jan Barcz and aunt Kris Szudajski.
A celebration of David’s life will be held on Saturday, February 8 at 4:00PM at “Five Oaks on Warson” in Olivette, MO. Friends and family are invited to join in remembering and honoring the incredible man he was.

My heart is broken. We shared so many wonderful memories together, and he was truly one of the best people I’ve ever known. He was so funny, witty, and kind. My children and I send our deepest condolences and love to his children and family during this difficult time.
