David E Williams III

David Evan Williams III, known to his loved ones as Dave, peacefully passed away on October 7, 2023, at the age of 54 in Pacific, MO.

Born on July 3, 1969, in Chicago, Illinois, Dave was a devoted husband, father, son, brother, and friend. Dave leaves behind his beloved wife, Jane (Davis) Williams, and their cherished daughter, Morgan Williams. He is also survived by his mother-in-law, Cindy Davis, his sister, Amy (Williams) Stirrat, and her husband, Adam Stirrat, his niece, Mallory Stirrat, and nephew, Charlie Stirrat, as well as his sister-in-law, Libbie (Davis) Brucker, her husband, Eric Brucker, and their sons, Tyler Brucker and Michael Brucker.

Dave was preceded in death by his father, David Williams, his stepmother, Pat Williams, his stepfather, Algis Toliusis, his mother, Kathy (Klinger) Toliusis, and his father-in-law, Vaughn Davis.

Dave attended Parkway West High School and later pursued higher education at Missouri State University.

He possessed a genuine love for hands-on work, which led him to employment at 84 Lumber. He then transitioned into retail management at Walgreens, where he met his beloved wife, Jane. Dave’s passion for the art and science of baking led him to work at Les Bonne Bouchez bakery, where he honed his skills in creating delicious bread. He also spent several years at Dausters Greenhouse, showcasing his green thumb and nurturing plants with care. However, his most cherished and longest-lasting job was being a stay-at-home dad. Dave made the selfless decision to leave the workforce and dedicate himself to raising Morgan, ensuring she had a loving and supportive environment to grow in. Dave found solace and peace in his faith and was a member of St. Bridget of Kildare. He found joy in growing plants, cooking for loved ones, and celebrating every holiday with enthusiasm. His love and dedication to his family were evident in every aspect of his life.

A memorial service to celebrate Dave’s life will be held at a later date, with the interment of his cremains to be determined. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the American Lung Association, an organization close to Dave’s heart.

Dave’s memory will be forever cherished by those who had the privilege of knowing him. His warm smile, kind heart, and unwavering love for his family will be deeply missed. May he rest in eternal peace.

Dave’s smile was infectious and It would light up a room! He so loved his family and and was so proud of Morgan. I wish I would have been able to spend more time with the family since Morgan graduated from St. Bridget’s, but time gets away from us. Rest in Peace Dave. You will forever be missed.
