David Henry Curtright

April 10, 1932 to January 18, 2013

David Henry Curtright of St. Charles, Missouri fell peacefully asleep in death Friday evening, January 18, 2013 at Delmar Gardens Chesterfield.

David was born in Paris, Missouri on April 10, 1932 to James Henry and Anna Matilda Curtright (nee Peters). The first of four children, he is survived by a sister Peggy (Jack) Nichols, and two brothers, Daniel (Carol) Curtright, and Thomas (JoAnn) Curtright.

On June 22, 1952 David married the love of his life, Mary Frances Morgan in Granville, Missouri and together they celebrated 59 years of marriage.

David joyfully served as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses alongside Mary from 1957 to the present with the St. Charles North Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses.

David is preceded in death by his wife, Mary and daughter, Mary Christine.

David is the beloved father of five children – David E. (Paula) Curtright, Mary Christine Parkton, Michael (Vickie) Curtright, Rachel (Shawn) Williams and John (Bridget) Curtright.

David is the dear grandfather of Beth Curtright, James (Beth) Curtright, Shannon (Chris) Masur, Daniel Parkton, Jr, Stephen Curtright, Lauren (Nicolas) Zorrilla, Caleb Williams, Jordan Williams, Logan (Briana) Curtright, Rosemary (Jacob) Faulkner, Chelsea Curtright, and Nathaniel Curtright.

David is the cherished great-grandfather of Cassie Curtright, Hannah Parkton, Xavier Curtright, Rachel Parkton, Owen Masur, and Adrian Zorrilla.

“Dave” is a friend to too many to name here.

A Memorial Service will be held at 1:30 pm Saturday February 2, 2013 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 1831 South River Road, St. Charles, Missouri 63303.

    I’am so sorry for your loss Mary
    I had the pleasure of knowing Dave when I was 14 he gave me & my brother our 1st job. He also took us on a fishing trip. He was a good man!
