Dawn Renee Keith
Dawn Renee Keith born in St. Louis, MO August 10, 1965. Youngest daughter of Robert R. and Carol V. (Evans) Keith passed January 12, 2021, exactly 3 years and one day since the passing of her dad, Bob.
Dawn was very active throughout her life in various sports. From boating, water skiing, softball and bowling.
A 1983 graduate of McCluer North High School, she continued to maintain those friendships from those school days.
Dawn was known for her love of dogs. Adopting, sheltering many dogs throughout her adult years. They were her buddies and her children. In fact when a couple of her dogs decided to fight, Dawn gave up part of her thumb breaking them up.
Writing of family. Dawn’s family. Her older sister Shari provided Dawn with two nieces, Jennifer and Jamie, and a nephew, Robert. Jennifer provided Dawn with a great niece, Amanda.
Dawn’s extended family, her uncle Bill (passed 2/14/2017) and his wife Kathleen with children, cousins Kevin Scott and Lorri Jean Keith and my family, James (myself) and Beverly Keith with two daughters, Dawn’s cousins, Heather Lynn and Holly Noel Keith.
Before Dawn’s dad’s passing, the holiday season was a riot of activities, games and loud arguing about who was right or cheated or had the correct answers to Trivia Pursuit.
Dawn’s passion in her life, she was the ULTIMATE FAN, she was FANATICAL about the DROP OF A PUCK.
The St. Louis Blues Hockey Team was her baby. Attending every home game if possible, traveling to away games across the country and even into Canada.
Her home now………..sitting alone are all of her Blues momentoes….THEY will be perserved.
In my heart, with the faith that I have, I feel certain that Dawn is now out of the pain she had suffered for so long. She is standing with her dad, in his arms and her grandparents. In the background, I pray the melodies of “ THE ST LOUIS BLUES “ and soft chants of “ G L O R I A ” fill the heavens just for Dawn.
Dawn is here with us. She’s smiling and waiting for that PUCK TO DROP, cheering “LET’S GO BLUES.”
May God bless you…we all love you.
Uncle Jimmy & Aunt Bev
As these days go by since your passing, we feel lost without you, but at peace knowing you are out of
pain now.
The whole family thinks and talks about you every day. Going thru all the photos you left behind
mainly of your dogs……..and all of us having candid photos in albums and on their computers.
Aunt Bev and I pray for you and the family every day….
Bye for now
A great friend and coworker. We miss you terribly Dawn. Rest In Peace Dawn
Dawn was someone I worked with and played with years ago. So fun, so sweet! RIP Dawn. I will see you someday. God Bless you, your family and friends….what a loss????
Dawn was such a sweet and friendly lady! Spent quite a bit of time with her out at Riverport. She was always so kind and friendly. I will miss running into her! I am so happy that she was able to see her beloved Blues take home the cup. May her family’s special memories of her bring them comfort during this difficult time! Rest in Peace Dawn! You will be missed!
I worked with Dawn for nearly three years saw her every morning at the post office picking up various work. I enjoyed speaking about the blues with her and the mutual acquaintances that we had. I just found out this past week of her passing and today only realize that she passed away the same day my oldest brother did.. she will be missed hopefully the both of them are looking down on us giving us strength..
