Deborah-Clark

Deborah Clark

Deborah Jean “Debbi” Clark passed away peacefully at her home in Eureka, Missouri, on Monday, April 27, surrounded by her loving husband and children. Debbi was born on January 30, 1954, to Francis and Celestine Walsh, their only child. She was raised in a home filled with love, growing up next door to her cherished grandparents, lovingly known as Nanny and Papa Walsh.

A devoted daughter, granddaughter, wife, mother, aunt, and friend, Debbi lived a life rooted in faith and service. Her Catholic faith was instilled in her from a very young age and remained important to her. She was an active and dedicated member of St. Paul Catholic Church in Fenton, where she played the organ, founded a babysitting group, and built lasting relationships within the parish community. Her passion for education and faith led her to teach second grade at St. Paul, coordinate the PSR program at Our Lady Queen of Peace, and later serve as principal, touching countless lives along the way.

Debbi met the love of her life, David Clark, at the Music Palace in 1973. The two were married in 1975 and built a beautiful life together, welcoming three children: Jeffery (Nicole), Melissa (Haider), and Gregory (Lindsey). She also held her niece, Shannon Burbridge, close to her heart, loving her as a daughter.

Debbi found great joy in creating a warm and welcoming home. She loved decorating, cooking and baking for her family, shopping, spending time with friends, planning family gatherings and trips, and reading spiritual books. Above all, she treasured time with her family and adored her grandchildren: Connor, Ava, Mia; Aiya, Oliver, Adeline; and Lyla, Jack, Lucas. They were the light of her life, and even during her illness, their presence never failed to bring a smile to her face.

In October 2025, Debbi and David celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a special family trip to Table Rock Lake, a reflection of the deep love and commitment they shared.

Her family finds comfort in knowing she is now at peace, reunited with loved ones who went before her, including her beloved dog, Emma. While she will be deeply missed, her legacy of faith, love, and devotion to family will live on in all who knew her.

Deborah was preceded in death by Grandmother Viola Walsh, Grandfather William Walsh, Mother Celestine Walsh, and Father Francis Walsh. She is survived by David Clark, Jefferey Clark, Gregory Clark, Melissa Mayali.

Celebration of Life will be held on 09/13/2026 at Pine Hollow Farms, Eureka, MO beginning at 02:00 pm.

The Celebration will be from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
