Demetrius Anderson

Demetrius Anderson was born on March 17, 1967, in Saint Louis, MO to Johnny Wright and Lorena Anderson. He was the youngest and only son of four siblings.

Affectionally known as Uncle Dip, or Dip to his family. His friends recognized his work ethic and everyday grind from the southside to the northside, thus the name “Hustle” was adopted. “On Love” was his mantra.

He was a Sumner High school alumni but later earned his GED. He made a positive impression on everyone he encountered. He had a passion for music, dancing and dogs. He was easy going and always cheerful. He loved those that loved him.

Most importantly, he accepted the “Lord Jesus Christ “ as his Savior!

He passed away on September 16, 2024. He is preceded in death by his beloved mother, Lorena, oldest sister, Marjoreese Scott, and nephew Carlos Morris, respectfully.

He leaves to cherish his memory, two sisters, Angela P Sanders and April Joette Anderson, four nephews, John Hosea Anderson, Ventress Anderson, Jay Dee Sanders Jr, Shaun Creswell, two nieces, Schwann Sanders and Dyonisha Anderson, a host of great nephews, nieces and special
friends on Broadway, TATT’s R US.
