Don W. Houdyshell Jr. of Florissant, MO. passed away on Monday, October 26th, 2020, at the age 65.

Don grew up in St. Ann, MO and was always a dedicated worker, specializing in Commercial driving with various trucking companies throughout his career. He enjoyed spending time with his family and was a devout Christian.

Don was the dear son of the late Don Houdyshell and Evelyn and Russell Zorn; loving father of Karen Houdyshell and Robin Houdyshell; beloved brother of Evelyn (Randy) Adams, Julia Hoffmann, Cheryl (Mike) Leone, Bridget (Matt) Zorn-Goers, Becky Houdyshell, Richard (Barb) Zorn, Michael Zorn and Scott Downs and dearest friend of many years to Sherry Potter. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Daniel Zorn.

Don was also a dear grandfather, uncle, cousin and friend to many and he will be deeply missed by all who knew him, including the staff who cared for him at Bentwood Nursing Home.

A memorial service to celebrate Don’s life will be held at a later date. Due to COVID-19, the family is currently delaying services. They ask that you check back for future service information.
