Donald Lynn Price was born on December 19, 1957 to Winnie Mae Greene and Benzel McGill, who preceded him in death. Donald was the oldest of nine siblings. Later in life he moved in with Reverend Carly and his wife who also preceded him in death.

Donald was educated through the St. Louis Public School system. He joined the United States Marines and was honorably discharged. After returning home he worked for American Car Foundry until it closed in 1990. He continued to work janitorial services until his retirement.

Donald enjoyed spending time with his family, friends, playing cards and hanging out with the fellas in his old neighborhood.

Donald fell ill in 2017 and transitioned on September 3, 2018. He leaves behind 3 daughters, Donna, Terry and Nene, 8 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren a host of nieces and nephews and many friends. Two of whom have special commendations, Rita Pogue “Darling” and Catherine Merritt.
