Donna Lee Troeckler nee Allard, age 88 of Imperial MO., formerly of Staunton Illinois went to be with the Lord on Saturday November 13, 2021, after a brief illness.
Donna was born on February 17, 1933 in Topeka Kansas, the daughter of the late John and D. Joan Allard.
She married the late Jerome Troeckler on January 12, 1956 in Edwardsville IL.
Donna worked for several years as an Administrative Assistant for a Cancer Research facility both here in St. Louis MO, and Detroit MI. After retiring, her greatest joys were the times spent with her family and extended family. She was an avid reader, and spent many a Sunday afternoon, Monday and Thursday evenings watching football.
Donna is survived by a daughter, Stephanie (David) Sheetz, of Imperial MO; three sons: Stephen Troeckler of Staunton IL, Gregory (Theresa) Troeckler, of Holiday Shores, IL, and Charles (Diana) Troeckler of Edwardsville, IL.; 9 grandchildren, 4 step-grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and 6 step-great- grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 2 sons; Thomas Troeckler, and Christopher Troeckler, a granddaughter, Dyan Harris, and her brother, James Allard.
A celebration of life ceremony will be held at a later date.
