Dr. Ronald Nelson
Dr. Ronald Nelson passed away April 25, 2014 at age 81.
He is survived by his brother Bruce (Nancy) Brodsky of Boynton Beach, FL; his loving children Dale (Marcy) Brodsky of St. Louis, Lynn Nelson of Wylie, TX, Amy (Gerald) Davidson of St. Louis and Wendy (Richard) Paley of Boca Raton, FL; his dear grandchildren, Andrea, Cheri & Michael Davidson, Dan Weinhaus and Rebecca Nelson.
Ron was a proud veteran of the US Army before his long career in the optometry field. He was known for his love of bowling, golf and tennis, football, musical theater, old movies, baseball, Broadway shows, the sea and his broad knowledge of history and politics. He will be missed by his family and many friends.

I am so sorry for your loss. You have been a daddy’s girl and I know how much you deeply love your father. I remember coming to your parents’ home while we were at UMSL and all the fun at the pool .. to.. all the trips where when we meet up in St.Louis. You staying at your dad’s apartment. I wish that all your warm memories stay close to your heart during this difficult time. My condolences to Dale, Amy and Wendy as well.
