Edith Luzie Armstrong peacefully departed this life on April 25, 2022 surrounded by her family. She was born on Dec 3, 1929 to Elfreida and Willie Schneider who preceded her in death. Edith was their only child.

On Feb. 10, 1955 in Frankfort Germany, Edith married the love of her life Earl Armstrong Sr, to begin a new life together.

During their 67-year marriage the couple built their own home and raised 3 sons, Roco Armstrong, Earl Jr, and Michael. 

Edith was educated in Frankfort, Germany as a Bookkeeper and Millinery. She worked as a bookkeeper for Reliance and Leader Auto Parts in St. Louis MO prior to retirement. She lived a full life as a wonderful mother, wife and grandmother. She loved gardening, baking and knitting. 

Edith had a passion for reading books and loved playing her computer games and watching her western cowboy television shows for many years. 

Edith leaves to cherish her memory, her loving husband Earl Armstrong Sr, son Roco Armstrong (Irene) grandchildren Ivy Armstrong, Tisha Strawbridge, Marcus Armstrong, Aaron Armstrong and other grandchildren, great grandchildren, and many family members and friends.

Services are scheduled for Tuesday, May 3, 2022, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at St Louis Cremation, 2135 Chouteau Avenue, St. Louis, MO, 63103
