My grandma (or Memaw as me and my brother Luke call her) was an amazing lady. She helped shape both me and my brother into the people we are today. Countless nights when I was younger I’d stay the night and just chat with Memaw and papa. One of my earliest memories is in her house. I was playing with a little plastic golf set, right next to her beautiful garden that she kept thriving for so many years and loved so much. She was truly a blessing in anyones life she touched. She will be missed dearly, rest in paradise Memaw!!!

I was sad to learn of Elaine’s passing. We grew up together in Tennessee in a close-nit farming community. We attended a one room rural school where we knew everyone in the community. My deepest condolences to the family.
