Elizabeth(Betty) Melchior

Betty (Na Na) passed away peacefully at her Delmar Gardens of O’Fallon home at 94. Betty’s husband Ed passed away in 2018. He was the love of her life.

Mother to Cathy Roennigke(Don/Dee), Dan Melchior(Melissa), Chris Patterson(Judy) and Coni Gosik(Kevin); NaNa (Grandmother) to Janelle Sullivan(Aaron), Brad Roennigke(Malia), Leslie Wyatt(Mike), Emilie Hatton(Paul), Michael Melchior, Katelyn Gosik, Sydney Gosik and Stella Gosik and Great Grandmother of Quinton Sullivan, Sloan Sullivan, Zachary Wyatt, Bradley Wyatt, Conner Hatton and Gracie Hatton.

Betty was knows as NaNa to family. She was a sweet and loving person who was always calm and consistent in dealing with family and always seemed to have a smile on her face. She discouraged any confrontation and liked harmony and peace in the family. Betty and Ed Melchior shared a 70 year marriage that required hard work and dedication and devotion in raising their kids. Betty spent the last couple of years in Delmar Gardens of O’Fallon and was loved and appreciated by many at the facility. The family wishes to thank them for the care and kindness shown to her during her final years.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Jefferson Barracks Cemetery on Monday May 3^rd at 10 am.
