Ellen Kay Flowers
Ellen Kay Flowers, 88, of Ballwin, Missouri, passed away on April 16, 2022. She was born August 20, 1941 to Walter and Elizabeth Finan in Detroit, Michigan. She was the eldest of 3 children. She is survived by her spouse, Michael Flowers, Sr; son, Michael (Lynne) Flowers, Jr. of Houston Tx; daughter, Patricia (Abdul) Flowers-Adlabi of Ballwin, MO; daughter, Sr. Marie Flowers, SCN, preceded Ellen in death. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Joseph Adlabi, Sam (Sara) Adlabi, Shannon Adlabi, Chloe Flowers, Kennen Flowers, Dalton Flowers, and Christian Flowers. Her eldest grandchild, Mohammed Adlabi, preceded her in death. Ellen is also survived by her sister, Mary Jo (Louis) Finan-Argenta. Her brother, Dr. Walter Finan, Jr. passed away May 17, 2022. Ellen received a double major in psychology and sociology. She had many nieces and nephews and was a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother. She will be dearly missed. Rest in peace eternally with Christ.
A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Joseph’s Manchester at a time to be determined. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Vincent De Paul St. Louis.
