Frances “Fran” Downey, 82, of St. Louis MO, passed away peacefully on November 2, 2021.

Beloved wife of 63 years and preceded in death by Martin Downey, Frances was the dear mother of Patrick (Crystal) Downey, Melissa (Manny) Garrido, Jennifer (Bryan) Lograsso; dear grandmother to Sarah (Eric) Berhorst, Sierra and Aspen Garrido, Zachary Hayes, and Brennan and Conner Lograsso; great-grandmother of Braeden and Andrew Berhorst; loving sister, aunt, and friend.

Fran enjoyed working at JCPenney’s for many years, until retirement at age 80.

A private service will be held at St. Peter’s Churchyard and a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
