July 20th, 1949 – May 4th, 2023

Age 93, died Thursday, May 4, 2023 of congestive heart failure and bone cancer. Dear wife of James M. Carr for 50 years.

Fran was born and raised in Marion, Iowa. She was a graduate of Coe College and had a Master of Music degree from Southern Illinois Univ., Edwardsville. Fran was a music teacher for many years in the City of St. Charles School District.

A Memorial service will be held Thursday, May 25 at 2 P. M. in the Chapel at Friendship Village Chesterfield, 15201 Olive Blvd., Chesterfield, MO63017
