Fredrick Thomas Greco, Jr.
Died with his family by his side August 28, 2013 at deGreeff Hospice House in St. Louis, Missouri.
Fred was born May 12, 1935 in Tarentum, PA to Fredrick Thomas Greco, Sr. and Corina Theresa Greco (nee Gubbiotti).
Wed 52 years to Nancy Jane Greco nee (Noble). Loving father to Charles Nixon (Edith) Rene Greco (Neil): Andrea Greco-Freveletti (James). Proud grandfather to Kerry Nixon (Melissa), Amelia Nixon, Zachary Nixon and great grandfather to Owen Nixon. Devoted brother to James Greco (Barbara) and Molly Watterson (James). Survived by his lifelong buddy, Wayne Longden.
Fred was a graduate of University of Pittsburgh and was a veteran of the USMC. He had a long successful career as a general agent at Aetna Life and Casualty and was an insurance specialist and broker for Edward Jones. Fred was a world traveler. He loved live music, and was a fantastic dancer. He loved to ski and enjoyed boating. He will be greatly missed and lovingly remembered forever.
Private services to be held Saturday Sept 7th, 2013. Donations to deGreeff Hospice House @ St. Anthony’s Hospital in St Louis.
Freddie, you will be greatly missed! You were truly one in a million! I’m praying for your family because I know there is a huge void missing in their lives……..you might be gone but never forgotten.
