Gary Stephens

Gary Wayne Stephens, 66, of Fenton, MO, went home to his Savior on February 1, 2013.

There will be a memorial visitation service at 4pm on February 5 at Calvary Fellowship Free Will Baptist Church, 1811 Smizer Station Rd, Fenton MO 63026. Kenny Simpson will be officiating. A celebration of his life will begin at 5pm. Burial will be at Jefferson Barracks on Friday, February, 8 2013 at 11am.

Gary was born in Bonne Terre, MO on December 7, 1946. He graduated from Esther High School and continued on to receive a Bachelor of Business and Marketing from the University of Missouri.

Gary was married to Jean Ladonne (Ragsdale) on February 19 1974; they were happily married for 38 years 11 months.

Gary worked as a financial advisor and retired in 2010. He enjoyed spoiling his grandchildren, fishing, woodwork, and supporting the Calvary softball team. He was also actively involved in the Boy Scouts of America, and Calvary Fellowship youth ministries.

Gary is survived by his loving wife Jean, sons Jason and Randall, brothers Denny and Dickie, 3 grandchildren, and other family and friends.

Gary is preceded in death by his parents Gilbert H. and Evelyn Stephens, and brother Michael.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be given to Mountain Faith Mission through Calvary Fellowship. The family of Gary Wayne Stephens wishes to thank everyone for their prayers and support during this time.

    Jean we are so sorry for your loss. The sudden passing is hard on the living but I know your Faith in where he has gone will help you celebrate his life.
