Aged 78, of Arnold, MO.
Passed June 15, 2012 in Arnold. Born October 4th, 1933 in Walnut Ridge, Arkansas, she was the daughter of the late Joseph M. and Iva Jane Whitehead. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles W. Combs.
She is survived by two sons, Michael (Dorothy) Combs, Rick (Meredith) Combs, and a daughter Tamara (Ronald) Ford; four grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren; two brothers and two sisters.
The family will be having a private memorial for her.
