Gloria “Diane” Freel
Gloria “Diane” Freel (Wilson) passed away peacefully at her daughter’s home on September 15, 2023, at the age of 68. She was born in San Francisco, California on February 28, 1955 to the late Elton and Rosalie Wilson. She is predeceased by her husband of 42 years, Jesse Lee Freel.
She is survived by her daughter Suzanne (Alex) Wilson, two grandchildren Jesse O’Freel and Drake Barton, her three remaining siblings Allison Goodman, Larry Wilson and Margaret Badano, and many nieces and nephews.
She was a sweet and loving person who cared about so many. She was loved beyond all measure and will be missed greatly.
A memorial service is planned for Saturday, October 28 for family and friends at 10:00 a.m. at Christ Memorial Lutheran Church, 5252 S. Lindbergh Blvd. St. Louis, MO. In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Lutheran Senior Services.
I’m so sorry I won’t be able to be there. But I hope to FaceTime with one of you, Allison would probably be my best bet. Diane has always been a special person and we were able to have a very loving relationship. I will miss her tremendously. But I have the b st memories 🙏🤗🥰❤️
