Gregory Joseph Ott

Gregory Joseph Ott age 70 peacefully passed away surrounded by love on January 17, 2021.

Greg was born on March 30, 1950 to Frank Joseph Ott and Mildred Ott (nee Lambert). He served in the United States Air Force for three years. He is preceded in death by his children Terra Belt (nee Ott) and Timothy Ott and also his mother Mildred and his father Frank. He is survived by his daughter Trista Ott (Eric Pinkerton), his sister Laura Tucker (Mike Giroux ), his grandchildren Tiffany (Mike) Boenig, Brittany (Bobby) Matthews, Jacob, Tyler and Taiya and his great grandchildren Taylor, Jaden, Travis and Killian. He is also survived by his former wife Donna (Paul) Siebels who remained in Greg’s life and by his side until the very end.

Greg will always be remembered for his big smile that he wore every day. He had a difficult last couple of years but he never complained and kept his big smile for everyone to see. He will certainly be missed by all of us that loved him.

We will have a graveside memorial at Jefferson Barracks park on Friday January 29, 2021. Due to COVID restrictions only 10 people are allowed to attend. However, the family will have an outside gathering to celebrate Greg’s life in the spring. Details will be available at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, donations made be made to the Dementia Society of America or the US Department of Veterans.

    I send my condolences to your family and I pray that at this time God continues to bless you with the strength that you need to get through the upcoming days as you adjust your life’s with your dad not here with you.
