Henriette Blair

Henriette Joan (Fischer) Blair died peacefully with family by her side on June 17, 2022 in Manchester, Missouri. She was born in New York City, New York and graduated from Syracuse University where she was a member of Alpha Phi Sorority. She spent many years actively involved with Alpha Phi as well as volunteering for various organizations throughout her life. She enjoyed traveling, gardening, decorating, reading, watching sports and spending time with her family and friends.

Henriette was preceded in death by her husband Craig Frederick Blair, Sr.; and her brother Henry J. Fischer, Jr., M.D.

She is survived by her children Karen Thompson (John) of Manchester, Missouri; Craig Blair, Jr. of Ballwin, Missouri; and Andrew Blair (Conrad) of Quebec, Canada; grandchildren Lacy, Cailyn, Rachel, and Chloe; great granddaughter Nova; and her sisters Anne Pittore of White Plains, New York and Ollie Sonberg of East Orleans, Massachusetts. She was blessed with nephews, nieces, great nephews, and great nieces.

A strong willed woman with a zest for life, she will be dearly missed.

The family wishes any contributions be made to the charity of your own choice.

No memorial service is immediately planned.
Burial at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery to be scheduled.

    Very well written.Im her son and it was a pleasure to read.It was her to a tee.
