Herbert M. Swyers, 62, of St. Charles, passed away on Tuesday, May 30th 2017. Wonderful son of the late Herbert W. and Dorothy M. Swyers. He was the loving father to Bert Swyers, beloved father in-law to Melissa Swyers, and the very best grandpa to Lillianne and Lucas Swyers. Beloved brother to April Rinaldi and Erik Swyers, dear brother in-law and friend to Pat Rinaldi and a very special and loving uncle to Autumn Rinaldi.
Out of all the things Herbie loved in life his grandkids were his favorite. The love he had for them showed no bounds. He was a gentle, generous and loving man who will be missed by many.
A memorial service in honor of Herbie will be held Saturday, June 24, 2017 at 3:00pm with a dinner following, at Calvary Chapel St. Louis, 400 Midland Ave. Maryland Heights, MO 63043.
This is such sad news. Herbie was such a kind and sweet young man . I have not had the pleasure of having him around since we have been adults . Growing up with the Swyers was always some of my best times in life. Herbie you will be missed greatly. God bless you April , Rick , and family. You are all in my prayers , Lydia
