Jack took great pride in being a teacher for Brentwood School District and after he retired, he taught math classes at St. Louis Community College. He established many lasting friendships with his students, parents and fellow teachers. Our family would like to thank the entire Meramec Bluffs Community for showing never-ending compassion and kindness to Jack and Kay.

Jayme, and Stacy, Jack and Kay were special friends for many years .My prayers will be for you both as you grieve as I feel sure that they are enjoying worshiping the Lord together each new day. Jack and I enjoyed going to games together and I have missed that a great deal. Lord willing I will see you on Friday. Your Christian friend, John Titus

John & I have been friends of Jack & Kay for over 50 years. We shared so many meals together and card games. Our children grew up together. Jack always told so many jokes. They were a great couple. Jack always said he felt like John was a brother. I’m sure he was there to welcome his long time buddy. He will surely be missed.

I thought of Jack and Kay tonight and am saddened to learn of their passing.
I became friends with Jack in 1971 when I became a first year teacher at Brentwood Jr/Sr High School working for the Special School District of St. Louis County. During my tenure at Brentwood, Jack was always supportive and funny and friendly and giving. I sincerely enjoyed our friendship.
May he and Kay rest in peace. They were genuine and sincere people.
