Jim O’Donnell was a longtime part of Wood Brothers Realty and someone I had the privilege of working closely with. He was steady, professional, and respected by everyone around him. He built real relationships, took care of his clients, and always did things the right way.

More importantly, Jim was a good man. We were proud to have him in our office, and he will be greatly missed.

Prayers for his family during this time.

Michael, my heart is truly heavy hearing about your dad’s passing. It’s incredible to think our friendship has spanned over 40 years, and I feel so blessed to have grown up with your dad Jim’s kindness in my life. Both he and your mom Susan were always such a wonderful example of God’s grace—always so supportive, encouraging, and welcoming to me! I am certainly praying for you and your entire family during this time.

I’m going to miss Jim and his friendship. We both served as Directors for the Missouri Real Estate Commission. He was a good man and very professional. Rest in peace Jim.

I’m sad he is gone. I pray for Jim and his family.
I met Jim in kindergarten’s morning class @ St Raphael way ack in 1954. We served as altar boys together. We played on soccer and baseball CYC teams together. We were also Boy Scouts. We were friends.
Later in our business lives when Jim chose his banking career, he was my banker.
I will miss Jim’s friendship as his sense of humor. My life is better because i had a friend in JIM O’Donnell. May God bless him.

I have known Jim since we were boyhood neighbors and grade school mates at St. Rachael’s. His backyard was about 150 feet down the alley from mine. We have been lifelong friends ever since. I will miss him, but I take comfort in thinking that now Jim along with his mom, dad and sister now rest with the Lord. Jim was a good egg.
