James M. Arent passed away December 11, 2013. Son of Walter F. & Frances L. (Bloom) Arent, Jim is survived by his son Cpl Jeffrey M. Arent, daughter ITSN Erin L. Arent, brother Jack Arent (Mary McGurk), sister Jodi Shea (Dan Shea) and many cousins, nieces and nephews. Jim worked for many years out of the Convention & Decorators Local 39 Union Hall and lived in the St. Louis metro area all his life. He played for the St. Louis Junior Blues as a youngster, and enjoyed breeding tropical fish, The Three Stooges, and James Bond movies. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. December 19, 2013 at St. Louis Crematorium. Share condolences at stlouiscremation.com.
