James M. Hoffmann
Jim Hoffmann, age 65, passed away peacefully on October 9, 2023, surrounded by his family.
Jim loved many things but most of all his family, friends, and his faith. He was passionate (sometimes to a fault) but he loved deeply. He will be missed greatly but his spirit will live on in those he loved. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, cooking, the St. Louis Blues and St. Louis Cardinals. Jim was able to spend time with family and friends during his last few weeks. He treasured each of the moments. He was a wonderful husband, father, son, brother, brother in law, nephew, uncle, and friend to many.
Jim is survived by his loving wife, Robyn Dunivin Hoffmann and his sons, Michael, Andrew (fiancee Sierra Shearer) and Joseph. He will happily be remembered by his mom, Agnes Hoffmann, his brothers Bill (Karen) and Bob Hoffmann, sister Kathy Hoffmann Lewis, brother in law Mike Dunivin (Robin), sister in laws Sue Dunivin Dombek (Jerry), Kathy Dunivin Mueckl(Dave) and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews. Jim is preceded in death by his father, Frank Hoffmann, mother in law and father in law, Katie and Charlie Dunivin.
Special thanks to all those who supported Jim during this journey. We are grateful to Mercy Hospice, especially Aubrey, for the excellent care he received.
