Although I did not know her, just from viewing the video she was obviously vibrant and fun. She must have known how to really live. I am so sorry for your loss and envious that you knew her. I hold you all in my thoughts, but especially Shannon. Take care and may you receive peace quickly from this sad time in your life.

I met Jane thru Sweet Adelines and sang with her for quite a few years.. She was a warm, funny woman with a good sense of humor.. I will remember all the fun we had as a group at competitions, traveling to far places and all the laughs! It is hard to believe that I won’t see her at lunch anymore.. God be with you all..

I was in Sweet Adelines with Jane for about 10 years and we shared many great times. What I remember the most was our many phone conversations. We solved the worlds problems, talked about what was important to us at that moment and we became better friends because of those discussions. She was a joy and I will think of her often.

To the family of Jane. I’ve met Jane thru our golf outings on Tuesday and she was a wonderful person. She was such fun to be with and we always did the important thing – go to lunch. I will miss her so much and I can’t believe she is gone.

You are in my prayers and you have my deepest sympathy. She was a great person.

What a wonderful celebration of Jane’s life. I’m shocked there’s no pictures of her in full stage makeup! She will be very sorely missed but the memories of our times together are timeless. Everytime there’s a glass of wine around, it will be raised in her name. Goodbye my good friend. I’ll love you forever.

Just can’t take this in….it happened much too fast. Sat next to her at our last Sweet Adeline lunch and she told me how she was looking forward to her trip out west with Mike. We will all miss her ever so much and know that we send her beautiful family our deepest sympathy.

Jane was such a special person. She will be so missed in my life. Jane, Lyn, Faith and I roomed together on Sweet Adeline trips for close to 20 years and always had the most wonderful travel and roommate experiences. She was the big sister I never had. My condolences to the entire Sweeney family.

I was so happy to resume a friendship with Jane these past two years. We were friends way back when in Sweet Adelines. We both have grand daughters attending college In Springfield,Mo, and had so much fun bragging to each other and comparing notes. There will be a big hole in our monthly luncheon group! She was a special lady.
