Jean Glenn Brigmann

Jean Glenn Brigmann passed away on Wednesday, April 1, 2026. She was born in St. Louis,
Missouri on October 10, 1937 to Rupert Glenn Tidler and Martha Elizabeth Tidler (Whitson). In
her younger age, she moved to Spooner, Wisconsin. She graduated from Spooner High School.
After graduation, she moved back to St. Louis, Missouri. That is where she met her husband,
Earl James Brigmann. They eloped in Desoto, Mississippi on June 1, 1957. Jean worked as a
bookkeeper most of her life. Her favorite hobbies were knitting, quilting, watching TV, reading
and playing cards.

Jean was preceded in death by both parents, brother, Jack Tidler, sister, Ruth Tidler and her
grandson, Austin Winkelmann. She is survived by her husband, Earl and their five children. Her
daughter, Sue Caviness of Naples, Florida; grandson Victor Krasnosky and his wife Sara of Troy,
Missouri. Great-grandkids Daivd and Ava; granddaughter Marie Swoboda and her husband Tim
of Wentzville, Missouri. Great-grandchild, Grayson; daughter Karen Dawson and her husband
Allen of Florissant, Missouri; grandson Andrew Dawson and wife Divya of Chesterfield,
Missouri; granddaughter Alicia Brozovich of Wentzville, Missouri. Great-grandkids, Lena,
Hannah and Logan; son Steve Brigmann and his wife Kristi of Kansas City, Kansas;
granddaughters Oliva Brigmann and Anabel Brigmann of Kansas City, Kansas; son Darren
Brigmann and his wife Astrid of Valencia, California; granddaughter Ariel Brigmann-Laspinas
and her husband Carlos of Valencia, California. Great-grandkids Aurora and Blue; grandson
Skyler Brigmann of Valencia, California; daughter Rachel Winkelmann and her husband Gary of
Columbia, Missouri; grandson Joshua Winkelmann and his wife Anh Nguyen of Wakefield,
Massachusetts; Noah Winkelmann and his wife Blue of Nashua, New Hampshire; Dakota
Winkelmann of Columbia, Missouri; sister Cam Olson and her husband Mike of Bradenton,
Florida; sister Betty Ness of Georgetown, Texas. Along with extended family members.

Jean’s memorial service will be announced at a later time due to the government shut downs,
Jefferson Barricks Cemetery is behind over 6 months scheduling.
